# Plan Engine EXPO - Pricing Terms v47

## 01 / Binding scope
The scope of a specific implementation is defined by the agreement, the Implementation Card and the pricing version referenced there. The demo, presentation, conversations and roadmap do not automatically extend the scope.

## 02 / Limits and expansion
Each package includes one main path within the limits of the pricing table. In the PRO package, the product can be further expanded with additional paths, modules and offer-related elements, such as furniture catalogues, equipment, products or other parameters used in the decision process and in preparing the brief. Every extension beyond the Implementation Card constitutes a separate scope, is preceded by a feasibility review and is priced individually. More complex functions may be delivered under a separate agreement if their scope and budget justify dedicated development work.

## 03 / Revisions and updates
Two rounds of revisions before launch apply to the approved scope. One data update means one consolidated package of changes to existing prices, texts or data, without changing the process structure, rules or functions.

## 04 / Publication and data
Frame by Glitch provides the production package. Publication, infrastructure, the domain and lead-reception setup belong by default to the client or the client's IT team. In the standard model, user personal data is not stored by Frame by Glitch.

## 05 / Licence and code
The licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable. The source code, core, architecture and mechanisms remain the property of Frame by Glitch. The client receives a production build intended for the licensed implementation, not the source repository.

## 06 / IT and confidentiality
The package may be shared only with technical personnel required for implementation and bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations. The client is responsible for sharing the package with its employees and contractors. The build may contain passive licence identifiers that protect authenticity and help identify the source of an unauthorised copy.

## 07 / Availability and support
Frame by Glitch is responsible for the delivered build being compliant with the agreed specification and supported environment. It is not responsible for failures, configuration or availability of the client's infrastructure, DNS, server, external systems or integrations maintained by third parties.

## 08 / Liability and remedy
Confirmed defects are addressed first within the applicable support level. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages and lost profits is excluded, and total contractual liability is limited in accordance with the agreement. Limitations that are prohibited by mandatory law do not apply.

## 09 / Roadmap
The client panel and analytics are planned as part of the shared-core development. The "within 6 months" statement is a product roadmap, not a guaranteed deadline or closed specification, unless the agreement states otherwise.

## 10 / Upgrade and renewal
The package may be upgraded during the active licence period according to the terms and prices applicable at the time of extension. Unused updates do not automatically carry over into the next period. Continued use after the licence period requires renewal.
